Hello 2022

DISTILL will be closed the first week of January 2022 so I can get some rest and forget the Greek alphabet.
The plan is to re-open on Friday January 7 10-4. Fingers crossed. If I have learned anything in the past two years, plenty can change in one week!
In another turbulent and wildly unpredictable year, I have found daily joy in my interactions with the fine people who visit DISTILL. Thank you.
